TikTok Shop is raising its UK platform shipping rates from 1st November, adding 25p to every small-parcel tier up to 5kg.

Under TikTok Shop’s updated Seller Center rate card, mainland pickup for a large letter up to 1kg goes from £2.35 to £2.60. A 45 x 35 x 16cm parcel up to 2kg goes from £2.95 to £3.20.

On the larger 61 x 46 x 46cm tier, TikTok Shop is moving parcels up to 2kg from £3.16 to £3.41, and parcels between 2kg and 5kg from £4.85 to £5.10.

Anything 5kg and over stays the same, including TikTok Shop’s bulky flat rate. Drop-off is still 20p cheaper than pickup, and the £1.50 remote-area surcharge is unchanged.

LIVE and auction sellers face the bigger change. From 1st November, TikTok Shop will bill pickup orders from LIVEs and auctions at the standard base rate, with no volume discounts.

Those parcels will still count towards a seller’s monthly volume, which TikTok Shop uses to unlock discounts on non-LIVE orders.

TikTok Shop also charges a £3.50 handling fee if a parcel’s declared size or weight doesn’t match what’s shipped, and that fee generally can’t be appealed. Sellers can check their saved dimensions under Logistics > Fulfillment > Parcel settings in Seller Center.

All TikTok Shop shipping fees are in GBP and exclude VAT. The new rates come in four weeks before Black Friday on 27th November.
