Amazon has launched Seller Wallet in pounds sterling on Amazon.co.uk. Sellers can now hold, convert, transfer and spend their UK store proceeds without paying them out to a bank account first.
The GBP wallet lets Amazon sellers pay UK suppliers directly, send funds to a UK bank account, or convert and transfer money internationally in more than 20 currencies.
Payments can be one-off or set up as fixed recurring transfers, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Amazon doesn’t charge for GBP transfers to UK bank accounts. International transfers carry a volume-based fee, which Amazon says comes down as a seller’s business on the marketplace grows. Amazon hasn’t published the rates.

The wallet is open to sellers based in the UK and overseas, and it’s free to sign up.
For UK sellers buying from overseas manufacturers, Amazon’s wallet means supplier invoices in other currencies can be paid straight from marketplace proceeds. That’s a job many sellers currently handle through a separate business account or FX provider.
Amazon first launched Seller Wallet in USD in the US store in 2022, then extended a EUR version to seven European stores in 2025. Amazon sellers can use EUR balances to pay suppliers in euros and to settle VAT in several European countries.
Amazon keeps the GBP, EUR and USD wallets separate in Seller Central. Sellers on both UK and EU stores can sign up for GBP and EUR at the same time.
